Kendall vs Lowther  356 N.W.2d 181 (Iowa 1984)

Owner of Blackacre divided it and sold Part A to one party, and Part B
to another.

A and B then got into a dispute of location of lot line.

Both A and B obtained a judgment against Owner for breach of warranty,

for damages and attorney fees.
