I have a client who purchased an old church and renovated it into two units and now wants to sell them. However, they failed to contact me about the need to submit this to a horizontal property regime. I am now trying to do this for them. Does anyone have an example I could use for an existing structure that has been submitted to a horizontal property regime. Most of what I could find were for new multi-unit condos. Again, this only has two units and it is chopped up in such a way that it can’t be split down the middle and turned into townhouses. The will need to be condos. Any help would be appreciated.
