I have a client who sells materials for residential and commercial construction project.  He wants to start filing mechanics liens on some of the medium and large jobs.  I would like to provide him with a simple set of instructions, written in layman’s terms, on the filing process and forms.  I don’t want to reinvent the wheel if someone has already prepared this type of instruction manual. 

If you are aware of any such instruction manual, please let me know where I can obtain a copy.
