Statement of Case:
In this case, Plaintiff Good Summer, LLC, claims it had a contract with Defendant Paul Brandow to purchase certain real estate in Webster County, Iowa, and that Paul Brandow breached that contract. In addition, Plaintiff claims that Defendant Matthew Halligan intentionally and improperly interfered with that contract, causing Paul Brandow not to complete the contract. Good Summer, LLC, claims it has been damaged by these actions by the Defendants. Paul Brandow denies that there was an enforceable contract and denies he breached the contract. Matthew Halligan denies there was an enforceable contract and denies he improperly or intentionally interfered with the contract.
