In this case, Margo Hall, individually and as Executor of the Estate of Ross Hall, Brent Hall, individually, Erin Luckey, individually, and Nadine Wilson, individually, contend that Jon A. Robken, M.D. was negligent in his care and treatment of Ross Hall which resulted in Ross Hall’s death and caused them to suffer damages.

Jon A. Robken, M.D. denies these allegations.

This is an alleged medical negligence case for damages. Plaintiffs have sued Defendants Jon A. Robken, M.D. and Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants were negligent in their care and treatment of Ross Hall and as a result of this alleged negligence, Plaintiffs suffered damages.

Defendants deny they were negligent in any respect and deny they caused any damages.
