This is an alleged medical negligence case for damages. Plaintiffs Kristi and Shawn Inskeep allege that a physician, Earle Pescatore, Jr., was negligent in the care and treatment he provided to Kristi Inskeep. Both Plaintiffs seek monetary damages under Iowa law. Defendants deny that Pescatore was negligent.

This is an alleged medical negligence case for damages. Plaintiffs Kristina and Shawn Inskeep allege that Earle Pescatore, Jr., D.O. was negligent in the care and treatment he provided to Kristina Inskeep and that this alleged negligence has caused injuries to the Plaintiffs. Defendants deny that Dr. Pescatore was negligent in any respect and deny that any
alleged negligence was the cause of any injuries to the Plaintiffs.
