Statement of Case Defendant:
This is an alleged legal negligence case for damages. Plaintiffs Robert and Ann Butler allege that Defendant A. David Bibler did not meet the standard of care for a tax lawyer and that this alleged negligence caused damages to the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs further allege that Defendant Buchanan, Bibler, Gabor & Meis, The Estate of Gregg A. Buchanan, Scott Buchanan, Michael Gabor, Todd Buchanan and Conrad Meis are responsible for the alleged negligence of Defendant A. David Bibler. The Defendants deny that they were negligent and deny that any alleged negligence was the cause of damages to Plaintiffs.
