Statement of Case:
On September 6, 2018, Plaintiff, Brooke Bindl, was involved in an automobile collision with Chesserae Brooks, a party who has been dismissed from this case. The parties agree that this collision was caused by the negligence of Chesserae Brooks. At the time of the collision, Ms. Bindl was driving a vehicle owned by her employer who held a policy of auto insurance with Defendant General Casualty Company of Wisconsin. Ms. Bindl was injured in the collision and claims to be entitled to benefits under the General Casualty Company of Wisconsin policy.

Statement of Case Defendant:
Plaintiff Brooke Bindl alleges that she was in a car accident with a vehicle driven by Chesserae Brooks on September 06, 2018, in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Ms. Bindl claims Ms. Brooks was negligent, that her negligence caused the accident, and that the accident caused her personal injuries and damages.
Defendant General Casualty Company of Wisconsin admits that Chesserae Brooks was negligent but disputes the nature, extent, and causation of Ms. Bindl’s alleged injuries and damages. |
